Neat and tidy rooms, the staff here really know their stuff, and the location is top-notch! the rooms are always squeaky clean and offer a nice view 😊.

In general the service was excellent.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable and it was great having a mini-fridge, air conditioning and an individual safe.

Spacious executive king room with a balcony? Check! the room's decor was absolutely charming. 😊

Loved Alma, the hotel was fine right in the center of the city. The beds were very comfy as were the pillows. Location: the property was short walk to the restaurant, downtown pubs, the river. Had brunch in the Microbrasserie Lion Bleu, located nearby.

The staff here are all wonderful and friendly, the queen room is modern and appealing with amenities such as an iron, work desk, and a flat-screen TV.

The staff at check-in were friendly and the room was nice. the modern bathroom was a plus, although the shower felt a bit unsafe without grip tiles or a rail. the towels and sheets smelled fresh. the location was convenient, close to the river and downtown. the front desk staff were helpful and could speak English. a positive experience at Universel. Cons: Hard to think of anything 🤔.
